What is Canva?
Canva is a free, super user-friendly online design tool. No design skills needed – we’ve done the hard bit. Just pick a template, edit the text, drop in your logo, and off you go.
Using the templates
Anything locked is meant to stay the same (like logos or layout), but all the bits you can change are ready to go. We recommend keeping the blocks where they are, sticking with the same fonts, and just changing the text.
How to open a template
- Choose from our suite of editable templates below.
- Click ‘Use template for new design’ at the bottom of the page.
- Sign in or create a free Canva account.
- You’re in! Start editing.
- If you make a mistake, you can use the 'undo' arrow at the top to go back a step.
Saving & sharing
- Canva autosaves, so don’t worry about losing work.
- You can purchase printed versions directly from Canva, or download to share online or send to your preferred print service.
- Click ‘File’ → ‘Download’.
- Choose PNG (best for most uses), or JPG.
