Be the leader shaping change across your region
Regional Leaders help grow the SCF movement beyond their own school. Because the more families who come together to delay giving smartphones to kids, the more it becomes normal. And that means lasting cultural change.
You don’t need experience, loads of time, or expert knowledge to be a Regional Leader. You don’t even need to be a parent or carer yourself. You bring the passion, and we’ve got the tools: ready to go resources, buzzing support networks, real-life movement supplies and more. Let’s go.
Why be an SFC Regional Leader?

What you could do
- Help find School Organisers for local schools and support them to build the movement in their school
- Promote the Parent Pact in your wider community.
- Share what’s working across schools with parents and teachers.
- Hold talks, panel events or meet ups.
- Bring together local head teachers, and perhaps your local MP.
- Engage with your local press.

- Zoom sessions and a supportive Whatsapp forum with your SFC Grassroots Network Lead and other Regional Leaders in your area.
- Admin access to the Whatsapp community for your region.
- A monthly zoom call with SFC Founders and HQ to share updates and learnings from across the country.
- Resources to help overcome barriers (e.g. nervous would-be School Organisers or resistant heads).
- A free pack of printed materials including posters, flyers, stickers and badges.
- Access to Open Collective, our shared pot of funding to claim expenses for printing, events and more.
